We are seeking a talented and experienced Industrial IoT Application Engineer to join our team and help us deploy our novel industrial IoT and automation solutions to customers.

• Deploy our industrial IoT and automation solutions to customers and provide expert installation advice
• Advise clients on the selection of the best sensors for their specific requirements and budget constraints.
• Investigate and evaluate cutting-edge sensor and gateway technologies to enhance the customer experience 
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze customer expectations, needs, and preferences to enhance their overall experience
• Collaborate with the business team to monitor customer demands and discover new business  opportunities
• Conduct on-site visits as needed to support customers and troubleshoot technical issues

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience with the implementation and deployment of PLC/SCADA systems in an Industrial setting
• Professional experience in embedded programming on platforms such as Raspberry Pi, Arduino, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of various environmental sensors and communication protocols
• Broad knowledge of electrical instrumentation and devices
• Strong programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding project management and communication abilities
