• Lead and evaluate the SP TOFT program (including agency and field teams) to ensure effective execution of visibility, promotions, and activation campaigns.
• Monitor team performance and KPIs, provide on-ground support, and foster continuous training and motivation.
• Translate brand and commercial strategies into channel-relevant activation toolkits.
• Develop tracking tools to monitor deployment efficiency and outlet coverage.
• Analyze sell-out performance and activation ROI to optimize future campaigns.
• Customize activation strategies based on regional segmentation and shopper behavior.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to gather feedback and co-develop activation mechanics.
• Stay updated on shopper trends and segment partner dynamics to ensure relevance.
• Contribute channel-level insights to the ICP process by identifying opportunities, barriers, and action plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Trade Marketing, or related fields.

Experience & Skills

• Experience in FMCG Trade Marketing or Sales.
• Strong understanding of Traditional Trade execution and outlet operations.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
