AI Engineer Leader (Computer Vision)

• Leadership: Build and mentor a world-class team of computer vision engineers and scientists. Design strategies to cultivate a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented environment.
• Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of computer vision research, identifying promising techniques and translating them into practical, scalable solutions.
• Technical Direction: Establish the architectural vision for our computer vision systems, ensuring efficiency, robustness, and adaptability.
• Product Integration: Work closely with product teams to embed cutting-edge computer vision capabilities into our real-world products and services.
• External Engagement: Represent the company at industry conferences and events, building a strong network within the computer vision community.

Qualifications:

• At least Bachelor's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field with a specialization in computer vision, or equivalent industry experience.
• 4+ years of experience leading computer vision teams in a research or product development environment.
• Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: object detection, image classification, image segmentation, 3D reconstruction, generative models (GANs, etc.)
• Proficient in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• A strong track record of publications in top-tier computer vision conferences and/or successful commercial deployment of computer vision systems.
