Develop and implement AI applications across multiple domains, including NLP, large language models, computer vision, and audio processing
Train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning models for production use in identity verification workflows
Build end-to-end AI pipelines that integrate with our existing verification systems
Implement multimodal verification solutions that can process and analyze different types of data inputs
Create and maintain AI components that adapt to changing business requirements and fraud patterns
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing features
Perform data analysis to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements to verification processes
Monitor model performance in production and implement optimizations to improve accuracy and efficiency
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and evaluate their potential applications for our platform

Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent
Proven experience building and deploying AI models in real-world production environments
Solid grasp of machine learning principles and techniques across domains such as NLP, computer vision, and predictive modeling
Proficient in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and training pipelines
Familiarity with MLOps practices, including model versioning, deployment, and monitoring tools
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design practical, scalable AI solutions
Clear communicator with the ability to explain complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working in cross-functional, fast-paced teams
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
At least 3+ years of experience working in AI/ML or data-driven product development
Has successfully deployed end-to-end AI solutions, especially in high-impact, customer-facing platforms
Passionate about applying machine learning to solve real-world problems and improve digital security and user experience
Thrives in collaborative, global teams and stays up-to-date with the latest AI research and tools
Fluency in English (C1/Advanced), both written and verbal, and other foreign languages is preferred
