Lead

• Help oversee and mentor the scrum masters and product owner team members
• Provide direction and support to ensure that the agile teams follow and adopt Agile practices (such as Scrum and Kanban) and understand the underlying Agile principles

Train

• Provide training and coaching to continually grow the company in greater Agile practices, structures, and knowledge
• Design and deliver workshops, presentations, and hands-on sessions to focus on areas of improvement on Agile practices and methodologies

Refine

• Assess and advise on the company's overall practices and research ways for the company to continually improve
• Support the organization Agile goals and continue to innovate ways to help the company overcome areas of resistance to change

Execute

• Have up to a max utilization of 40% of your time dedicated to project execution either as a scrum master or product owner
• Provide support to the team whenever a project escalation happens on any project

• Minimum of 5+ years of agile project experience
• Strong English proficiency - both verbal and written.
• Strong group training skills is a plus
• Experience in SCRUM and KANBAN
• Previous experience as a manager or leader is a plus
• Passion for technology, willingness to learn, and a good attitude
