Your role & responsibilities
  • Identify, connect, and develop new agency partners worldwide
  • Promote our services to overseas agents and secure their consignments to Vietnam.
  • Take responsibility for expanding the agency network and increasing consignment volumes
  • Negotiate profit-sharing and handling fee agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with overseas agents
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments (OPS, CS, Docs, Finance) to ensure smooth handling of agency shipments
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations and internal policies
  • Respect deadlines, maintain professional discipline, and meet performance targets

Your skills & qualifications
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • At least two years of experience in freight forwarding
  • Good knowledge of the logistics industry, including Incoterms, modes of transportation, warehousing, and customs procedures
  • Proven experience in international sales or agency development within the logistics industry
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities and adaptability to market changes
  • Confident, proactive, and persuasive in dealing with partners
  • Good teamwork and coordination across multiple departments
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and discipline.
