Your role & responsibilities
  • Oversee office administration activities, including facility management, stationery, pantry, office supplies, courier services, etc.
  • Coordinate with vendors, building management, and internal departments to maintain office conditions and resolve any facility-related issues.
  • Support the planning and execution of internal events, meetings, and company functions.
  • Manage contracts and service agreements with office vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitor and control administrative budgets and expenses; prepare monthly reports as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to office operations.
  • Assist with internal communications and announcements when needed.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve administrative efficiency and service quality.

Your skills & qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, workforce engagement, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strategic and critical thinking.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, with strong project and event management skills, including the ability to work towards tight deadlines
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with high attention to detail.
  • Familiar with office equipment, facility operations, and vendor coordination.
  • Fluent communication in both English and Vietnamese (writing and verbal) – essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Legal paper works for expats and their family (including visa, work permit, temporary resident card), annual flight arrangement and others related to living necessities
  • Business trip arrangement for employees (including visa, transportation and accommodation, decision and report for business trip…)
  • Support the visa process for Vietnam entrance for foreign visit
