3D Designer

• Create high quality architectural renderings using a variety of software tools: Vray, Corona, and/ or Unreal Engine
• Coordinate with the Director of Visualization on scheduling, workflow, and deliverables
• Attend project team and client meetings as needed
• Develop and maintain 2D and 3D asset libraries for department and firm workflows
• Create custom shaders and 3D models on a project-by-project basis

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of experience in related field
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics Technology, Visual Communication, or similar
• Working knowledge of rendering software 3DS Max, Vray and/or Corona etc.
• Ideal candidates will demonstrate some working knowledge of Unreal Engine.
• Sufficient English skills for communication

• Ability to create photorealistic and stylistic imagery depending on the stage of design
• Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meet deadlines, and deliver a high-quality product
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and time management skills
• Comprehensive postproduction skills using Photoshop
• Proficient hard surface and organic modeling in 3DS max
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments
• Ability to articulate processes and standards through written documentation
• Demonstrates effective problem problem-solving skills, including the ability to present solutions and recommendations for non-standard situations
• Demonstrates a growth mindset and aptitude for presenting opportunities for process improvements and technology solutions, including learning new software and systems
• Knowledge of taking projects into VR/AR
