• Work in Scrum team (5 to 9 developers)
• Daily cooperate with Product Owner to clarify requirements, initiative solutions and develop deliverable software in the iterations of Scrum
• Involve in every phase of Agile software development includes planning, estimation, implementing and continuously delivering software
• Self-assign tasks and be fully responsible for quality/quantity of delivered result
• Self-determine appropriate architecture, technical solutions and make relevant recommendations to Product Owner

• Have background in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
• Have at least 3-5 years experience in Java, JavaEE, API, and service-based architectures using REST APIs, micro-services, Hibernate. 
• Experienced with front-end web frameworks (Vue.js, Angular) is a plus.
• Be able to communicate with customers in English
• Good sense of teamwork, high responsibility and self-organizing
• Familiar with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban) is an advantage
