Trách nhiệm công việc

  • Working in a team of Chief Developers to support modification development to junior Devs
  • Support the team to create a proposal for a new scope of project/modies.
  • Define, and review technical solutions (.JavaEE, Hibernate/JPA, JSF, PrimeFaces, Postgresql database)
  • Present and discuss with managers about technical solutions.
  • Communicate directly with 3rd vendor supporter.
  • Support the team to handle production technical issues: debug, performance, workload, security...... 
  • Explore, research, propose, and implement new technology.

Kỹ năng và chuyên môn

  • At least 3-5 years of experience and proven as Chief Dev or leadership role, preferably within an IT company, especially the ERP product.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
  • Strong background in system design, architecture, and development;
  • Knowledge of the latest technology trends and best practices in the IT industry;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English;
  • Integrity and Passion for code quality and improvement, passion for sharing knowledge to build a quality Developer team. 
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and manage the security risk.
