• Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases and automation test scripts.
• Report, track, and monitor defects in the defect-tracking system.
• Collaborate with teams from Vietnam & the US to evaluate and clarify product requirements and designs.
• Support the team to troubleshoot the issues reported by users or stakeholders from the US.

Kỹ năng và chuyên môn

• Fluency in English is required. You should be able to comfortably communicate with native speakers in both written and oral forms.
• Solid skills and knowledge of testing processes and techniques.
• Experience in testing Web and Mobile applications.
• Familiar with the issue and test management tools like Jira, TestRail…
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Great interest in testing, open-minded, and able to self-motivated.
• Experience in test automation for Web, Mobile applications, and API with any framework and programming language is a plus.
• Experience in testing software/applications for the healthcare industry is a plus.
