Software Developer (Python/JavaScript/PHP)

Hello from the Forward Data Lab at CS @ University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) and Cazoodle Inc. Hanoi!

We are looking for full-time or part-time developers including Junior/Senior/Lead Algorithm Engineers, Software Engineers, and Frontend/Backend Engineers. You will join an academic-based project led by Professor Kevin Chang, senior engineers at

Cazoodle, and senior graduate students at UIUC. You are expected to commit flexibly from 20 hours/week (part-time) to 40 hours/week (full-time position), physically in our office in Hanoi. We’ll have a probation period of two months and thereafter will renew/continue yearly, depending on performance, at the end of each term.

Overview:

Cazoodle specializes in building new search engines that aggregate information from thousands of online sources, creating a one stop-destination for users to quickly navigate through all their possible choices at once.

We are seeking software developers to join our team tasked with maintaining and developing not only our vertical search applications but also our crawling platform which helps collect and aggregate data from online sources.
