Trách nhiệm công việc

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test strategies. Create test plans, test cases and test reports.
• Perform Manual tests on multiple application platforms like Web, Mobile, and APIs.
• Create and manage bug reports.
• Work with Frontend teams and customer to resolve any level issues for the system.
• Work directly with business teams (BD Team, CS Team, Ops Team) to improve the overall quality of the product
• Audit QA/QC activities of staff as often and as necessary to assess conformance with the QA/QC procedures.
• Effectively drive the resolution of quality issues requiring coordination between development team, data teams and facility operations teams.
• Development of project specific QA/QC dashboard.
• Find product errors, analyze causes and manage error correction activities
• Coordinate with BA and Dev departments to improve and upgrade testing processes and propose activities to improve product quality.

Kỹ năng và chuyên môn

• Able to test UX/UI
• Have experience writing test cases, test manual, test auto is a plus Candidate 
• Should have practical experience in Software Testing: At least 2 years
• Have in-depth knowledge of manual testing methodologies and principles
• Proven tracking record in working with Web, Mobile, and API Testing
• Strong background knowledge in data engineering
• Strong background in QA/QC concept
• Process building and process evaluation skills
• Effective communication skills and abilities working with different teams (data, software...)
• Excellent planning, analytical, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in working in Agile/Scrum
• Knowing how to handle data and structure data will be an advantage
• Priority is given to candidates with the ability to plan tests and write test cases
• Research and product development Careful, meticulous, logical thinking and flexible in handling situations
• Have a working spirit and responsibility towards work.
