• Analyze customer requirements, and design requirements to determine the test requirements of the project;
• Developing detailed test cases to increase test coverage across each feature;
• Carry out tests based on test cases and assess the status of test cases;
• Clearly and confidently document, report, and present test results to internal teams, external partners, and clients;
• Possessing communication skills to effectively convey testing requirements and strategies, working closely with the development team to provide the best quality.
• Providing ideas to improve the project.

Kỹ năng và chuyên môn

• 1.5+ years of testing experience in software development projects.
• Mastery in manual exploratory testing of progressively more complex web development projects (including mobile) 
• Mastery in documenting and managing defects in specialized software (preference is Notion)
• Able to clearly and confidently document, report, and present test results to internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders
• Exposure and/or experience to test in multiple specializations: accessibility, usability, load and performance, security, creative technology, or native mobile apps.
• Experience in testing API, running collection, and test scripts using Postman.
• Fluent English communication skill is a plus.
• Knowledge of automation is a plus.
