• Work closely with product owners, QA team, DevOps team and fellow product engineers to be able to provide right feedback to the team for V-Key products to be successfully integrated into the target mobile application
• Provide guidance to customers in terms of how the integration of the mobile SDK needs to be carried out such as documenting the right sequence of APIs, with right parameters for customers to refer to.
• Work closely with pre-sales engineers in technically assisting potential customers to be able to complete integration with their mobile apps successfully
• Actively work with technical writing team in order to produce well documented steps for achieving successful integration on a specific mobile app development platform
• Be responsible to maintain multiple code repositories for various mobile SDK wrappers and be able to make changes to it actively as the base product evolves over time
• Work with customer success and support team to be able to gather feedback on integration outcomes and be able translate it back to product team engineers so that product can be kept compatible with regards to customer needs
• Work with DevOps to actively maintain multiple QA testing DevOps pipelines producing apps built with various frameworks using the same SDK in an automated way
• As part of your work, actively work with various engineering squads to debug errors be it on API calling (server team), crypto usage (crypto team) or core platform team, etc.

Must have:

• 4 years of experience in mobile development environment
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or similar degree in related field
• Strong fundamental knowledge of Android/iOS, including knowledge of the Android/iOS application lifecycle is required
• Working knowledge of GIT and raising and reviewing pull requests
• Hands on experience with mobile development IDEs such as Android studio or Xcode
• English skills are required: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Nice to have:

• Good knowledge of native mobile app development as well cross platforms (i.e. Flutter, React Native, Ionic, Xamarin, Cordova etc.)
• Be able to learn any new frameworks depending on the requirements and industry trends
• Ability to integrate SDKs into sample applications to monitor the SDK behaviour inside integrated sample apps and be able to publish them for parties to use
• Excellent debugging skills are highly desirable as you will work on product that interact with multiple supporting components
• Be able to communicate well with customer’s engineers and willing to challenge/debate with them the best solution/methodologies for integrating V-Key SDKs successfully inside their app
• Ability to integrate SDKs into a sample application to monitor the integrated sample app behaviors and able to publish them for parties to use
• Experience in mobile app automation testing platforms like pcloudy, browserstack, device farm would be a big plus
• Having a passion for mobile security would be a big plus
