• Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Streamline the software delivery process to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market.

 Cloud and Virtualization:

• Work proficiently in both AWS and VMware environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and performance.

 Network Security:

• Implement and maintain robust network security measures to safeguard infrastructure and applications.
• Conduct regular security assessments and implement necessary adjustments.
• Monitor network traffic for potential security threats and proactively respond to incidents
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation

Log and Health Monitoring:

• Develop and maintain effective log and health monitoring systems.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Deployment, Operation and Packaging:

• Lead deployment processes and ensure the smooth packaging of products for efficient distribution.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize release processes.
• Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Deploy and manage security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus software
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for network security
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members

Infrastructure Automation:

• Utilize infrastructure as code (IaC) for advanced automation management.
• Implement and improve automation scripts for provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of infrastructure components.

Security Mindset:

• Embed security practices throughout the development and deployment lifecycle.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in DevOps and security.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and industry trends

Kỹ năng và chuyên môn

• More than 3 years of experience in network security or a related field
• Familiarity with network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
• Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and methodologies
• Experience with Virtualization technologies like vSphere
• Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and Docker Swarm
• Expertise in Automation using Ansible
• DevOps skills, including collaboration, continuous integration, and continuous delivery
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of AWS and VMware environments.
• Experience in network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Expertise in log management and health monitoring tools (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
• Proven ability to deploy and package products effectively.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge about automation and virtualization techniques such as: VMware, K8S, Horizon, Ansible, Docker Swarm, ….
• Knowledge about Cyber Security such as malware and vulnerabilities
