As a part of our QA team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and maintaining manual test cases and automated test scripts for API, Web, and Mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers to contribute to the projects and deliver the best quality solutions to our customers. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases and automation test scripts.
  • Report, track, and monitor defects in the defect-tracking system.
  • Collaborate with teams from Vietnam & the US to evaluate and clarify product requirements and designs.
  • Support the team to troubleshoot the issues reported by users or stakeholders from the US.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in English is required. You should be able to comfortably communicate with native speakers in both written and oral forms.
  • Solid skills and knowledge of testing processes and techniques.
  • Experience in testing Web and Mobile applications.
  • Familiar with the issue and test management tools like Jira, TestRail…
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Great interest in testing, open-minded, and able to self-motivated.
  • Experience in test automation for Web, Mobile applications, and API with any framework and programming language is a plus.
  • Experience in testing software/applications for the healthcare industry is a plus.
