Job Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, create test plans and test strategies, develop test cases and execute manual testing.
• Coordinate with developers to analyze errors and fix errors
• Support the BA team in analyzing requirements, changing requests, …
• Support customers in UAT stage
• Assist in training/mentoring other members

Job Requirements

1. Professtional Capacity: 

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• If you don't have a bachelor's degree, it doesn't matter, just meet our requirements below

2. Experience required: 

• At least 3 years of experience in Manual Testing
• Must have experience working with test methods, white box, black box, etc.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Experience in executing testing on software applications, web applications and mobile apps
• Experience in databases and SQL, server and client operating systems like MAC OSX, Win8, Win 10, Windows

Nice to have:

• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Experience in outsourcing projects with foreign customers 
• Good verbal and written English
