Job Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to meet marketing needs.
• Implement automation solutions to streamline marketing workflows, processes and recommending best practise.
• Managing subscriber data within Marketing Cloud, including data integrity, data imports, segmentation, audience creation/segmentation strategies, and synchronisation with external systems such as CRM platforms. 
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics to optimise strategies.
• Administer integrations and provide training and support to users.
• Ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and stay updated on industry best practices.
• Document configurations and processes for knowledge transfer and consistency.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Cloud Administrator with a focus on email marketing.
• Proficiency in configuring and customising various components of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Audience Builder
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalisation, and deliverability.
• Experience with HTML, CSS and AMPScript for email template design and coding.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and optimise strategies accordingly.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
