Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the back-end development of the company's projects.
• Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems.
• With initiative ideas to identify areas for improvement as well as implementation.
• Responsible for code quality and in realizing correct, efficient, and stable applications.
• Build high-quality reusable code and libraries for future use as needed.
• Participate in designing core/important modules, coding, testing
• Write and maintain related documents for the optimization of the backend project.
• Oversight of the task implemented by the team member to ensure it complies with the defined Definition of Done.
• Comply with code development specifications, unit tests, and best practices.
• Lead and train junior team members.
• Optimise web applications (APIs) for performance and scalability.
• Handle the code reviewing for team members or peer reviewing.
• Address any technical issues that occur in the field, communicate, and follow up with the team to drive the resolution.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Native Vietnamese - Good in English (Written and Spoken)
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Computer Science or Related Fields
• Approx. 3 Years Experience in Software Development
• Proficient understanding of OWASP security principles
• Proven Experience in Leading Team is a Plus
• Proficiency in NodeJS and TypeScript
• Good in Functional/Modular approach.
• Understand the concept of Message Broker service.
• Knowledge of RPC (Remove Procedure Call) for service interconnectivity.
• Other concurrent languages such as GoLang is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in relevant frameworks such as ExpressJS
• Understand clearly the code convention for specific language and framework
• Understand and be proficient with RDBMS and NoSQL
• Knowledge of Microservice architecture and interconnectivity.
• Experience with unit testing tools.
• Experience in live-streaming projects is a plus-point
• Experience with Project Management tools such as Jira, Trello, Gitlab
• Basic knowledge of DevOps is a plus.
