Role overview
We are looking for a Web Developer to build and maintain modern web products. You will work primarily with Node.js, HTML/CSS, and React.js (or Svelte), and you should be ready to learn and contribute to projects that use other technologies when needed.
This role is a good fit for someone who takes ownership of their work, is eager to learn, treats colleagues with respect, and wants to grow into a versatile engineer in a production environment.
- Build web interfaces and applications using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Develop frontend features with React.js or Svelte based on designs and product requirements.
- Implement backend services and APIs with Node.js (REST or equivalent) and integrate with databases and internal systems.
- Write clear, maintainable code; follow team conventions; and participate in code reviews.
- Fix bugs, improve performance, and support testing and deployment according to team process.
- Learn the business context, ask focused questions early, and deliver work on time.
- Be willing to learn and contribute to modules or projects using C/C++, Python, Java Spring Boot, or Rust when assigned.
- Keep concise notes on completed work, support handovers, and collaborate with QA, Design, and Project Management.
- Protect internal information and respect company processes and working culture.
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Solid HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox / Grid), and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with Node.js (Express, NestJS, or similar is a plus).
- Proficiency in React.js or Svelte / SvelteKit — one is enough; willingness to learn the other.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP; comfortable using Git in a team.
- At least 03-year experience with the similar role
- Can use English in workplace.
Willingness to learn additional stacks (not required at hire)
The team works across multiple technologies. You do not need to already master the items below, but you should learn quickly and accept new assignments:
- C / C++ — system tools, internal utilities, or performance-sensitive modules.
- Python — scripting, automation, data processing, or supporting services.
- Java Spring Boot — enterprise backends, APIs, and system integration.
- Rust — performance or memory-safety focused modules when a project requires it.
