The Opportunity

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll work at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and empathy. You’ll help build a suite of tools and services that support clinicians, caregivers, and patients across the U.S., all powered by a secure, intelligent, and scalable backend.

This role requires someone who thrives with autonomy and creative problem-solving, takes ownership, and excels in a fast-paced startup setting. You’ll shape our technical architecture, establish engineering standards, and directly impact product direction.

You’re Someone Who:

Here’s What Would Set You Up for Success:

  • 6++ years software engineering experience
  • Proven experience building production SaaS platforms
  • Expertise in Java (17/21+) or Node.js (TypeScript preferred) for backend development
  • Frontend experience with React, Redux, and ES6+ JavaScript
  • Experience with microservices architecture and API design
  • Cloud-native development experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Strong database design skills for distributed systems
  • DevOps experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
  • Security-first approach to development
  • Bonus points for: Healthcare or regulated industry background
  • Bonus points for: Startup or high-growth company experience
  • Bonus points for: Opensource contributions

Interview Process

Our streamlined process typically takes 1 week, though may extend to 2 weeks depending on the role:

1. Introduction Call (10-20 minutes)

  • Get to know you and your background
  • Assess communication skills and English proficiency

2. Technical Interview (60-90 minutes)

  • System design discussion
  • Code review and problem-solving
  • Project experience deep dive

3. Culture & Leadership Interview (30-45 minutes)

  • Meet with Head of Engineering (U.S.)
  • Collaboration and culture fit assessment
  • Learn more about our business and growth plans

4. Offer & Next Steps
