1. Talent Acquisition (60%)
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: requirement alignment, job posting, sourcing, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation.
- Build, maintain, and expand a strong talent pool for key and recurring positions.
- Proactively source and engage with potential candidates via multiple channels (LinkedIn, professional networks, headhunting, events, referrals).
- Ensure a professional, transparent, and positive candidate experience at every stage.
2. Training & Development (15%)
- Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires.
- Support the design and delivery of basic training sessions on recruitment skills and interview techniques for Hiring Managers.
- Assist with internal L&D activities when required.
3. Employer Branding & HR Projects (15%)
- Partner with HR and Marketing to run employer branding campaigns (articles, videos, social media content).
- Collaborate with universities, colleges, and professional organizations to build early talent pipelines.
- Represent the company in career fairs, workshops, industry talks, student events, and scholarship sponsorships.
- Proactively propose new ideas to strengthen The A List’s employer brand presence.
- Participate in HR initiatives and projects to enhance employee experience and HR efficiency.
4. Reporting & Process Improvement (10%)
- Track, analyze, and provide regular reports on recruitment performance, candidate quality, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire.
- Recommend process improvements, recruitment tools, and data standardization.
- Stay up to date with HR market trends and integrate AI tools, ATS, and HR Tech into recruitment practices.
