Strategic Sales Management:
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Set and monitor KPIs to drive revenue growth across Vietnam.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to adapt strategies.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of regional sales managers and representatives.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training to enhance capabilities.
Distributor & KOL Engagement:
- Identify, appoint, and manage key distributors and partners.
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing and educational initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Oversee key account management and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Visit major hospitals and decision-makers regularly to strengthen partnerships.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, budgeting, and market insights to senior management.
- Ensure CRM and sales reports are updated and reliable.
Compliance & Ethics:
- Ensure all sales practices are compliant with company policies and MOH regulations.
- Promote ethical business conduct across the sales team and partners.
