As Ads Monetization Leader in our team, you will: 

• Own & execute monetization strategy across our global mobile app portfolio, managing ad networks and building strong partnerships. 
• Oversee monetization performance to maximize revenue, ensuring effective strategies and optimizations are consistently implemented. 
• Collaborate with UA & IAP monetization teams to form holistic strategies that grow our app portfolio and maximize both revenue and profit. 
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices, applying them to improve scalability and long-term growth. 
• Lead innovation and experimentation in ad placement, data-driven optimization, and continuous testing. 
• Understand and leverage different ad networks for monetization strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing,.. to enhance ad formats, user experience, and overall monetization outcomes. 
• Manage, mentor, and develop team members to achieve individual and organizational goals. 
• Provide clear reporting, insights, and actionable recommendations to leadership for alignment and decision-making.

• 4+ years of experience in Ads Monetization, or related fields, preferably in mobile apps or games. 
• Strong knowledge of mobile advertising, mediation platforms, and monetization models.
• Proven track record in optimizing revenue performance and scaling global ad partnerships. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret key metrics.
• Leadership experience: able to mentor team members and coordinate effectively across Product, Marketing, cross-function teams. 
• Fluent in English, with strong business acumen and professional communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and proactive in adapting to market trends and new ad technologies.
