Summary
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and visually polished digital experiences across our products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to transform business requirements and user needs into exceptional user experiences. You will take ownership of the design process—from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity designs and successful product delivery—while ensuring consistency through our design system.

- Turn product requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate daily with Product and Engineering on scoping, feasibility, handoff, and QA of the built result.
- Use and contribute to the design system, maintaining consistency across the product.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, research, and usage data.
- Present work in design reviews and articulate the reasoning behind design choices.
- Help uphold an intuitive, accessible, and trustworthy experience across the product.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Visual Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Candidates with equivalent practical experience and a strong design portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design or Product Design.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering web and/or mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end UX design process, including:

- User research
- User flows
- Information architecture
- Wireframing
- Interaction design
- High-fidelity visual design
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Design Systems.
- Experience working within and contributing to a scalable design system.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Ability to independently transform product requirements into user-friendly design solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly Product Managers and Software Engineers.
