At iCondo Vietnam, we specialize in delivering innovative solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. We are committed to excellence and ensuring our projects exceed client expectations. We are currently seeking a talented and driven UI/UX Designer to join our team.

A. Core Design Execution (For all levels)

Collaborate directly with Product Owner to capture requirements and transform them into effective UI/UX solutions.
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
Ensure design consistency across mobile apps and ERP portals.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user experience.
Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

B. Leadership & Strategy (Specific to Senior/ Lead Level)

Design Vision: Define and champion the overall UX Vision for the entire iCondo product ecosystem.
System Ownership: Build, maintain, and manage a scalable Design System in Figma to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across all product lines.
Strategic Alignment: Partner with senior stakeholders (Product Head, CTO) to translate business goals into measurable, user-centered design strategies.
Process Improvement: Establish and refine the end-to-end design process, including efficient design handoffs and quality assurance standards with the Engineering team.
Mentor and provide constructive guidance to other Designers, contributing to the growth of the local Design team.

A. Mandatory Requirements (For all levels)

Bachelor’s degree in Design, or related fields;
Proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, prototyping);
At least 2+ years of proven working experience in UI/UX Design for web and mobile applications;
Experience with enterprise or ERP systems is advantageous;
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design;
Service, product, and UX design skills;
Good English communication skills – able to discuss requirements, clarify feedback, and present design concepts directly to Product Owner.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong logical thinking, open mindset with proactive, can-do attitude.

B. Additional Requirements for Senior/Lead Level

Experience with enterprise or ERP systems is highly advantageous (mandatory for Lead).
Senior/Lead Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of total UI/UX experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead capacity, driving major design initiatives.
Proven track record of building and maintaining a Design System for complex products.
Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy and articulate how design decisions impact business results.

International Opportunity: This role requires periodic onsite work in Singapore for several months each year to align closely with the core team, product strategy, and key stakeholders.
