Job Summary

To provide professional and effective administrative support to the Learning & Organization Development (L&OD) Team.

  • Ensure the implementation, evaluation and measurement of programme effectiveness for all learning & development activities.
  • Prepare and disseminate learning and development materials to a consistently high standard and ensure that they reach the learners (if any) within agreed timescales.
  • Preparing documents, letters, memoranda, reports, briefings and arrange employee attendance at internal and external learning courses to meet legal requirements and broader learning and development goals.
  • Coordinate the logistics for training courses, including room reservations, ordering supplies, catering and room set-up.
  • Answer employee queries and provide support related to training courses.
  • Assists with registration and the collection of class rosters as needed.
  • Contribute to regular and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Handle accounts receivable and ensure timely invoices payments.
  • Initially review and complete all service agreements/contracts, complete Vendor Selection Forms, process payments, and prepare budget proposals…
  • Propose and implement company library activities: maintain and promote reading habits among all Full Time Employees (e.g. design monthly recommended book, lists, track book borrowing, collect book review, etc.)
  • Maintains established office files and all the records in accordance with established procedures.
  • Prioritize workload effectively and efficiently.
  • Actively participate in the L&OD Team and seek opportunities to assist colleagues in achieving L&OD goals.
  • Ensure the smooth completion of all hard-copy administration.
  • Undertake other tasks as assigned by direct manager.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn

1. Qualification

  • College & above graduated

 

2. Work Experience

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role or experience in a multinational company is preferred.

 

3. Knowledge

  • Knowledge of office procedures and billing process.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and schedule work activities/tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Canva; working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.

 

4. Skills • Good English (oral & written)

  • Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing demands.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
