Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Business Analyst who is fluent in Korean to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position where you will be trained in core Business Analyst skills while working closely with cross-functional teams on real projects.

  • Work directly with Media Korean’s team in Korea.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and product requirements.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new feature ideas and improvements.
  • Analyze and document requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Assist in planning and preparing requirements in time for sprint grooming sessions.
  • Join weekly BA meetings with stakeholders to review and refine upcoming sprint content.
  • Work closely with developers and QA to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
  • Support the creation of user guides, feature documents, and training materials.
  • Participate in feature demos and present updates to key stakeholders.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn
  • Fluent in Korean (TOPIK Level 5 or above, or equivalent proficiency).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Korean language, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Prior experience (1–2 years) as a Business Analyst or in a software development environment is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.
