Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Business Analyst who is fluent in Korean to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position where you will be trained in core Business Analyst skills while working closely with cross-functional teams on real projects.

Work directly with Media Korean’s team in Korea.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and product requirements.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new feature ideas and improvements.
Analyze and document requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria.
Assist in planning and preparing requirements in time for sprint grooming sessions.
Join weekly BA meetings with stakeholders to review and refine upcoming sprint content.
Work closely with developers and QA to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
Support the creation of user guides, feature documents, and training materials.
Participate in feature demos and present updates to key stakeholders.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

Fluent in Korean (TOPIK Level 5 or above, or equivalent proficiency).
Bachelor’s degree in Korean language, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Prior experience (1–2 years) as a Business Analyst or in a software development environment is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.
