As a KOL Intern, you will primarily focus on executing campaigns by working directly with a wide range of creators (KOCs/KOLs), agencies, and internal teams. You will support the full cycle of KOL collaboration, from scouting and onboarding to performance tracking and reporting, to drive high-quality, sales-oriented UGC on TikTok.

Scout & Qualify Creators

• Identify potential massive Creators/KOCs who fit campaign criteria (non-booking fee).
• Regularly research and shortlist TikTok creators who align with brand messaging and are capable of generating quality content video.

Support Campaign Activation

• Reach out to selected KOCs via direct message or email, introduce Vulcan’s products and Collaboration terms, and guide them through the registration process.
• Provide clear briefs, product links, and content direction to ensure smooth onboarding.

Track & Manage Performance

• Follow up with creators throughout their participation. Monitor key metrics such as the number of videos created, content quality, engagement level, and posting schedule.
• Help solve issues like delayed delivery, content misalignment, or technical questions.

Report & Collaborate Across Teams

• Maintain detailed records of each creator’s activity and performance.
• Compile weekly and monthly reports highlighting participation rates, content output, and performance insights. Work closely with internal teams to expand reach and improve campaign efficiency.

• Final student or fresh graduate, able to work full-time.
• Fluent in English (4 skills), minimum IELTS 6.5
• Passion for TikTok and tech product content.
• Basic knowledge of KOL/KOC and affiliate marketing.
• Great communication and organization skills.
• Self-driven and not afraid to connect with new people.
