Ekino, powered by HavasCX, is a French company specialised in Conception, Design, Development and Maintenance of digital solutions: Digital Platforms, Websites, Mobile Applications.

Ekino has been operating in Ho Chi Minh City since 2013, with around 200 employees.

We are specialised in Sage X3, Digital Architecture, eCommerce, Web Platforms, Mobile and Responsive Apps; Agile Development; ReactJS; AngularJS; NodeJS; Java; .Net; PHP (Symfony, WordPress, Drupal, Magento 2), User Experience, User Interface, Service Design; Cloud Services, DevOps.

Trách nhiệm công việc

Test Execution: Execute test according to the test plan

Bug Identification: Qualify bug’s severity and priority rating

Defect Reporting: Report bug with detailed information

Test Coverage Analysis: Check test cases coverage customer’s requirement with Senior Tester or Business Analysts

Test Execution Reporting: Automate tests.

Training and Support: Ensure the first level of support

Performance Tracking: Report on time spent, progression

Time Management: Provide estimations in hours

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

Testing and Quality Assurance: Good understanding of various types of testing and design test case techniques; Web application testing, desktop and mobile browsers; Responsive web applications and Mobile application; Automation testing concept.

Methodologies: Thorough understanding of the software life-cycle

Problem Solving: Ability to ask the right question; Critical thinking and ability to see large picture

Communication: Ability to summarize and go straight to the point, proactive in communication; Good English communication

Collaboration Tools: Knowledge of bug tracking tools such as Redmine, Trac, Bugzilla, Mantis, Testlink, JIRA

Code Quality: Attention to details

Languages: Basic knowledge on HTML

Personal Attributes: Customer-focused mindset, can-do attitude and high team-work spirit

Additional Skills: Desired Skills and Experience; Knowledge/experience on the following subjects is an advantage

Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of quality main KPIs

Hands-On Experience: Working experience in reporting and describing anomalies
