Provide technical support to production problems in designated manufacturing areas, specifically for printing/lapping/ create a new program on pick/place machine and other processes where machine operation is required. Collaboration with other departments to develop new tools and fixtures for prototype process and product development. Ensure machine operation are smoothly, collect and analyze data to improve processes further. Work with process engineers to carry out process development and improvement projects to meet department objectives towards cost saving and quality improvement.

Education & Experience

Vocational Intermediate Level or College Degree in Mechanical /Industrial.

Skills

Understanding of technical drawing and basic chemical/ material/ mechanical engineering principals to manufacture parts in high volume setting.
Demonstrated ability to trouble shoot and solve production problems effectively and timely manner in production setting.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Good computer skills, experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Email, internet access, SPC software
