  • Review and evaluate methods and procedures for version upgrades of IT systems.
  • Create detailed upgrade manuals, procedures, and time charts to guide implementation.
  • Execute version upgrades in test environments to verify functionality and stability before applying to production systems.
  • Perform configuration tasks for IT systems to support upgrade and deployment activities.
  • Deploy and upgrade software systems across various platforms as part of system maintenance.
  • Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline IT system maintenance processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of upgrade and deployment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation throughout the upgrade lifecycle.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn

Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing or maintaining IT systems.
  • Experience with VMware ESXi or TKG (Tanzu Kubernetes Grid) is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with Dell VxRail is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in system upgrades and version control.
  • Strong skills in creating technical documentation (manuals, guides, procedures).
  • Solid knowledge of Linux OS, Bash, and PowerShell is a plus.
  • English proficiency is required (TOEIC score of 750 or equivalent).

  • Excellent planning, risk analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a proactive and independent mindset.
  • Experience with modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is an advantage.
