  • Manage tech team of 30 staff (Dev, QC, Infra..)
  • Setting up IT organization structure, procedural guidelines to establish a successful delivery process
  • Advise CEO/BOD for IT trends and IT upgrade, and plan to apply to company's products
  • Overseeing teams across the different stages of project delivery by supervising staff
  • Resource management, maximize resource usage, maximize member’s performance
  • Evaluating consumer feedback and instituting changes as necessary to manage expectations
  • Build and maintain engineering culture

Qualifications and experience

  • Graduated in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of working experience in the field of information technology, with a minimum of 5 years in a manager position

  • Strong leadership skills, team management ability, and task orientation.
  • Strategic thinking skills and the ability to make decisions in complex business environments.
