We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager with a strong background in cloud development, microservices, and SaaS to lead and manage a team of 5-10 developers. As a Technical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end development process, ensuring successful project delivery, and driving innovation in cloud-based solutions.

Your role & responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, fostering collaboration, motivation, and high performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and detailed project timelines, ensuring alignment with client needs and goals.
Identify and address project risks promptly, employing excellent problem-solving skills and a flexible approach to adapt to different project methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile, scrum).
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to facilitate clear communication and tracking of project progress.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, utilizing deep technical knowledge to strategize, execute, and closely monitor software development projects.
Take full ownership of project and team performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates on progress and addressing concerns.
Identify and mitigate risks related to technology difficulties, deployment management, and operations to ensure successful project outcomes.
Proactively assess and manage risks associated with project execution and technology challenges, employing advanced risk mitigation strategies.

Your skills & qualifications

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of Cloud Provider such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.
Knowledge of programming languages and frameworks, such as NodeJS, NextJS, Python, or PHP (Magento and Magento Enterprise)
Experience with agile project management methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Understanding of cloud computing concepts, such as virtualization, containers, and serverless computing.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications running in the cloud.
Ability to assess and mitigate security risks.
Knowledge of security standards and regulations, such as HIPAA and PCI DSS.
Experience with security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
