Tech Solution Architect

Key Skills:

• Software Architecture Expertise: Proven ability to design, architect, and implement scalable, maintainable solutions. Deep experience with system design patterns and principles, including microservices and modular monolithic architecture.
• Cloud and Containerization: Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization/orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Software Design Principles: In-depth understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, and expertise in implementing robust architectural solutions.
• Proficiency in either Node.js/React, Java or Python: Strong hands-on experience in either Node.js, React, Java or Python. While language proficiency is important, the ability to architect robust solutions is the primary focus.
• Web Services Development: Expertise in building both GraphQL and RESTful web services.
• Database Proficiency: Experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to technical discussions, and offer solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Architecture Proposal Solutions – Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Sales, and project teams to design and propose innovative technical solutions that align with client needs and company goals.
• Provide Technical Consultation – Offer high-level technical guidance in system design for new projects and support project teams during critical execution phases.
• Execute or Support System Implementation on Projects – Assist in initial system setup, infrastructure planning, and CI/CD pipeline deployment.
• Research New Technology/Tools/Standards – Continuously explore and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and standards that can enhance the company's software development capabilities
• Run Pilot Tests –  Conduct pilot tests to evaluate the feasibility, effectiveness, and impact of new technologies before adoption.
• Support to Uplevel Engineering Technical Skills – Share knowledge via on-job training sessions, proactively plan training sessions beneficial for development teams, and provide training based on requests from other teams. 
• Tooling Management –  Manage and oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of tools and systems used across the organization

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in solution architecture.
• Leadership Potential: At least 2 years of experience working in a senior developer role with the ability to grow into a leadership position.
• Client Interaction: Experience in working with clients to translate their needs into architectural solutions.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage technical complexities.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Independent and Collaborative Work: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a passion for continuous learning and excellence in software development
