Vai trò & trách nhiệm của bạn- Lead the technical direction and architecture of AI-powered products and AI Agent systems.
- Design scalable and reliable system architecture, including AI Agent workflows, APIs and backend services.
- Select appropriate technologies, frameworks and design patterns for the project.
- Work closely with Product/PO and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Review code and technical designs to ensure quality, performance, security and maintainability.
- Be hands-on with core and complex technical modules when needed.
- Lead technical discussions, estimate development effort and break down technical tasks for the team.
- Monitor system performance and support the team in troubleshooting critical production issues.
- Research and evaluate new AI technologies, LLM models and frameworks to improve product capabilities.
- Mentor team members and establish technical standards, best practices and development guidelines.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạnMust-have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering and 3+ years in a Tech Lead or equivalent technical leadership role.
- Strong experience in Node.js/TypeScript or Python.
- Solid understanding of Backend Architecture, Microservices and Distributed Systems.
- Practical experience working with AI/LLM-based products, such as LLM applications, RAG or AI Agents.
- Experience in system design, API design and technical decision-making.
- Experience with code review, mentoring, technical estimation and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good English reading skills for technical documentation.
Nice-to-have
- Experience designing or building AI Agent architectures, such as ReAct, Plan-and-Execute or Multi-Agent systems.
- Experience with RAG pipelines, Vector Databases and LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure or Cloudflare.
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, monitoring and observability.
- Experience with LLMOps, AI security or AI governance.
- Experience working in E-commerce, B2C, B2B2C, Blockchain, Game or Metaverse products.
- AI-related portfolio or GitHub projects.
