Vai trò & trách nhiệm của bạn

Organize, delegate, train and supervise daily tasks of warehouse teams including: Raw Materials, Accessories, Scrap
Materials, Finished Goods, Domestic Warehouse, Supplies, Loading Team and Forklift Operators.
Manage all inbound – outbound activities; verify and approve related documents.
Arrange and preserve goods in a scientific, safe and compliant manner to optimize storage efficiency.
Monitor, update and validate inventory data on ERP and accounting systems.
Control discrepancies between physical stock and system data; minimize errors and losses.
Prepare periodic reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and ad-hoc reports on warehouse operations.
Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly operational plans and assign KPIs to warehouse teams.
Monitor and report scrap collection and disposal processes, coordinate with contractors.
Coordinate trucks and forklifts to ensure timely support for production activities.
Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn

College/University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Industrial Management, Accounting or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing or garment industry.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control (in/out/stock), and ERP systems.
Strong leadership, team management and task allocation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, warehouse management software and accounting systems (inventory module).
Good coordination, problem-solving, and cross-department communication skills.
Honest, responsible, able to work under high pressure.
Careful, proactive, agile, disciplined, and well-organized.
