• • Coordinate pre-boarding, onboarding orientation, and integration activities
  • Manage offboarding procedures: exit interviews, clearance, and final settlements
  • Ensure smooth documentation and transition for joiners and leavers
• HR Operations & Compliance

• • Support HR paperwork and employee lifecycle documentation (contracts, appendices, updates...)
  • Maintain and update employee data and records
• Learning & Development

• • Analye training needs, coordinate training sessions, maintain training records
  • Support employee development initiatives and culture-building activities
• Admin & Others

• • Handle the Purchasing and Admin
  • Support in KOL relatives task
  • Participate in engagement activities, team-building planning, surveys, etc.
  • Visa and Work Permit task
  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager
