Maintenance: Implement, configure and maintain the software that integrates our systems with those of our partners to meet user’s requirements
Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting problems with existing systems in order to identify and resolve malfunctions
Process Improvement: Identifying ways to improve existing systems or integrate new systems using emerging technologies
User Support: Providing technical support to end-users who are having problems with systems
Performance Optimization: Handle multiple projects simultaneously and adjust on-the-fly as priorities change
Time Management: Work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
Frameworks and Libraries: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
Experience: 2 year experience in software development or system operation
APIs and Web Services: Experience with integration technologies, including REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, etc.
Algorithmic Knowledge: Understanding of software development lifecycle
Teamwork: Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills
Operating Systems: Knowledge of various operating systems and databases
