IT Infrastructure & Security:

• Operate and maintain Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server).
• Manage internal network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
• Administer virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Implement IT security solutions, manage access control, backup, and system patching.
• Ensure compliance with NEC Global IT policies, ISMS, and PDPA.

Technical Support & Operations:

• Provide technical support for internal users (PCs, laptops, OS, office software, email, network).
• Troubleshoot system, hardware, and software issues; coordinate with vendors when needed.
• Support onsite IT tasks such as office setup, device deployment, and system audits.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and system records.
• Report system status, incidents, and improvement actions.
• Support internal and external IT audits.
• Other tasks were assigned by IT Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, System Administration, MIS, or similar roles.
• Experience working in multinational companies or Japanese companies is a strong advantage.
• Solid experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of network configuration (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, firewall).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Strong troubleshooting skills for systems, hardware, and software.
• Good English communication skills; Japanese is a strong advantage.
• High sense of responsibility, careful, and well-organized.
