• Participate in structured technical training programs (Salesforce / Guidewire or related technologies).
• Develop software applications using:

• • Salesforce technologies (Apex, APIs, Flow, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
  • Or Guidewire technologies (GOSU, Java, ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter)
  • Or RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and project teams to:

• • Understand business requirements
  • Translate them into technical solutions
  • Plan and estimate development tasks
• Design and implement integration solutions:

• • REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, messaging systems, batch processing
  • Synchronous and asynchronous data integration
• Perform:

• • Coding following development standards
  • Unit testing and integration testing
  • Code reviews and quality improvements
• Manage application configuration and support system upgrades
• Propose technical solutions and provide effort estimation for development tasks
• Provide technical support to project teams when required
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices in automation development.

Must-have

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of:
• • Java / J2EE / C++
  • C#, VB.NET, Python
  • Object-Oriented Programming and Software Development Lifecycle
• Understanding of:

• • APIs (REST/SOAP) and system integration concepts
  • Relational databases (SQL)
  • UiPath or other RPA platforms is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to support learning, productivity, and problem-solving.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong willingness to learn and problem-solving mindset
