1. SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement full-funnel SEO strategies tailored to each client/project.
- Plan keyword sets, site structure, internal linking, and content direction aligned with KPIs.
- Perform audits and advanced on-page/off-page optimization.
- React quickly to Google updates and devise recovery strategies when needed.
- Define content topics, guest post outreach plans, and media contributions.
2. Project & Team Management
- Oversee multiple SEO projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and KPIs are met.
- Allocate and review task progress (on-page, content, internal links, etc.) for SEO Executives.
- Ensure deliverables follow internal quality standards in both scope and execution.
- Coordinate with Account Managers to assess project performance and renewals.
3. Reporting & Data Analysis
- Measure and report performance across key metrics: traffic, ranking, conversions.
- Use tools to analyze insights and propose strategic improvements.
- Together with Account Managers oversee progress trackers: content calendars, outlines, work volumes, and deadlines.
4. Leadership & Training
- Mentor junior team members and interns.
- Provide constructive feedback and create clear training roadmaps for team growth.
