The Opportunity

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll work at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and empathy. You’ll help build a suite of tools and services that support clinicians, caregivers, and patients across the U.S., all powered by a secure, intelligent, and scalable backend.

This role requires someone who thrives with autonomy and creative problem-solving, takes ownership, and excels in a fast-paced startup setting. You’ll shape our technical architecture, establish engineering standards, and directly impact product direction.

  • You’ll guide features from initial idea all the way to users’ hands
  • Figure things out when requirements aren’t crystal clear and make smart architectural decisions
  • Work closely with our U.S. leadership to turn business needs into technical solutions
  • Help us build great engineering habits for CI/CD, monitoring, security, and performance
  • Share your knowledge with teammates and make technical decisions that think long-term
  • Roll with changing priorities while keeping our code quality high

Here’s What Would Set You Up for Success:

  • 8+ years software engineering experience
  • Proven experience building production SaaS platforms
  • Expertise in Java (17/21+) or Node.js (TypeScript preferred) for backend development
  • Frontend experience with React, Redux, and ES6+ JavaScript
  • Experience with microservices architecture and API design
  • Cloud-native development experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Strong database design skills for distributed systems
  • DevOps experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
  • Security-first approach to development
  • Bonus points for: Healthcare or regulated industry background
  • Bonus points for: Startup or high-growth company experience
  • Bonus points for: Open source contributions
