Trách nhiệm công việc

Get requirements and write project specification documents
Design test plan and test strategy
Create and execute test cases to ensure functionality matches requirements according test plan and test strategy
Run regression and smoke testing
Open defects using bug-tracking systems
Improve/update existing test cases to increase efficiency and reliability.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

4+ years of experience in manual testing (Web testing, Mobile app)
Good knowledge/ experience about the testing process and testing technique
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experience with performance and/or API testing is a plus
Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
Business Analyst skill as a plus
Experience with automation testing as a plus
Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
Good time management, self-management, and problem-solving skill
Good English communication
