We are looking for Senior .NET Developer to join a large-scale project.  In your daily work, you will:

• Handle meeting with customer for team progress or technical discussion
• Lead development team on .NET platform
• Lead and mentor developers through coaching and sharing of knowledge
• Work as part of a team to meet demanding project requirements.
• Provide workload estimates for application development
• Code, implement, unit test and assist other team members with coding issues; and evaluate their performance
• Take responsibility for system architecture and design decisions.
• Stay motivated and up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in application design & development
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure the quality and stability of the product.
• Review work results of team members
• Write functional requirement documents and specifications
• Ensure the assigned tasks are performed on time and with high quality
• Follow the project and organization processes, policies, and regulations 

• BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• At least 5 years of work experience in developing web/desktop applications, 1+ year of experience as Team Lead
• Hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework (Core)
• Have good knowledge about Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Experienced in Git or other source control systems
• “can-do” attitude, listening, and communicating with team members.
• Have a teamwork spirit, be careful, pay attention to small details, think logically, and long-term working.
• Experienced in Database design, SQL and relational databases
• Did work with ORACLE is a big  advantage
• Some experience with front end UI design preferred
• Good English skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project manager

• Agile/Scrum development cycle understanding is an advantage
