Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter + Native Mobile)

• Work with the dedicated mobile team to ensure projects are delivered on time, and to best practice & quality guidelines
• Work across Flutter and Native mobile app development
• Take a proactive, hands on, and collaborative approach in all sprints and tasks
• Regular exposure to business stakeholders and executive management, as well as the authority and scope to apply expertise to many interesting technical problems
• The position requires constant communication with colleagues
• The developer will participate in the entire application lifecycle right from concept stage until delivery and post launch support
• Provide continuous support and guidance to less senior colleagues through regular coaching activities and support them in fulfilling their personal development plans

• Proficiency with Flutter and Native Mobile
• Hands on experience with mobile applications and programming languages such as , Objective C, Java, HTML5, CSS or Javascript
• Familiarity with standard developer tools and processes such as Git, CI etc
• Experience in a similar role, developing Flutter and Native mobile app development
• Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organisational units
• The developer must have a strong understanding of UI/UX, particularly native mobile application design as well as web based mobile first design.
• Good English communication skills (both verbal & written), especially in the global software development environment
• Be happy to coach, mentor and train less senior colleagues
