Work with the dedicated mobile team to ensure projects are delivered on time, and to best practice & quality guidelines
Work across Flutter and Native mobile app development
Take a proactive, hands on, and collaborative approach in all sprints and tasks
Regular exposure to business stakeholders and executive management, as well as the authority and scope to apply expertise to many interesting technical problems
The position requires constant communication with colleagues
The developer will participate in the entire application lifecycle right from concept stage until delivery and post launch support
Provide continuous support and guidance to less senior colleagues through regular coaching activities and support them in fulfilling their personal development plans

Proficiency with Flutter and Native Mobile
Hands on experience with mobile applications and programming languages such as , Objective C, Java, HTML5, CSS or Javascript
Familiarity with standard developer tools and processes such as Git, CI etc
Experience in a similar role, developing Flutter and Native mobile app development
Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organisational units
The developer must have a strong understanding of UI/UX, particularly native mobile application design as well as web based mobile first design.
Good English communication skills (both verbal & written), especially in the global software development environment
Be happy to coach, mentor and train less senior colleagues
