Vai trò & trách nhiệm của bạn- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms.
- Define mobile application architecture and propose scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Conduct source code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote engineering best practices across projects.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and customers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.
- Participate in technical discussions, solution design, effort estimation, and risk assessment.
- Mentor team members, share technical knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the PM/SM.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Java) development.
- Strong knowledge of Mobile Architecture, Clean Architecture, SOLID Principles, and Design Patterns.
- Solid experience in source code review, refactoring, performance optimization, and coding best practices.
- Experience working on Japanese software development projects.
- Experience leading technical discussions and mentoring team members.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and mobile application deployment processes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Flutter or React Native is a plus.
- Japanese language proficiency (N4 level or above) is an advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
