KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with marketing goals and brand positioning.
• Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for diverse formats including social media ads, email marketing, landing pages, brochures, presentations, and event materials.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.
• Collaborate with SEO specialists and marketers to integrate keyword strategies without compromising creativity and emotional appeal.
• Support sales enablement by producing compelling proposals, case studies, and decks tailored to buyer personas and sales stages.
• Manage content calendars and workflows to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
• Edit and proofread content for clarity, tone, and accuracy.
• Use performance data and feedback to continuously refine messaging and creative approaches.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Copywriter, Content Lead, or similar role, ideally in B2B marketing.
• Strong expertise in creating performance marketing content like Social Media Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Email Marketing, etc.
• Experience in reading, evaluating and optimizing campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, MQL, CVR, CPL and ROAS
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse content formats.
• Familiarity with SEO basics and collaboration with SEO teams preferred.
• Experience with content management systems and digital marketing channels.
• Ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and channels.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
